Quick and easy recipe for nut butter and chocolate slice suitable for weight watchers.
And best part, it only boasts four ingredients.
To make the slice for yourself at home, you’ll need some crunchy peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter), honey or maple syrup, rolled oats and some dark chocolate chips.
You’ll also need just 15 minutes to spare, and then a few hours where the slices can harden in the fridge.
First of all, you need to line a tray with baking paper.
Then, in a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the peanut butter and honey and heat it in 15-20 second increments, until it’s warm and slightly thickened.
This should take about 40-60 seconds in total.

Elsewhere, you can eat things like frozen grapes to help speed up fat loss, as well as cottage cheese and popcorn when you need a snack.
Roasted chickpeas are another of the favourite snacks.
Simply take a can of chickpeas, drain them and dry them out as much as possible.
Then, add plenty of olive oil, salt and pepper and spices, and pop them in the oven to gently roast for 20-30 minutes.
Finally, let the chickpeas sit for half an hour to cool down before enjoying.
You might not think that potatoes are good for weight loss, but potatoes are great addition to meals because they are yummy, filling and make healthy eating easier to stick to.
Another good thing about potatoes is when they are cooked and cooled, they have resistant starch for gut health benefits.
Potato is wonderfully healthy, just bake it or roast it in small amounts – rather than fry it.
Finally, you can eat plenty of Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, rolled oats and mixed nuts to stay full and healthy.
